Cupping
We use cupping to help improve circulation and blood flow to the area to aid in trigger point (muscle knot) release for improved loosening. It is the only massage technique that utilizes negative pressure within the cup to lift the skin away from the body, reaching both sides of the muscle. The suction of the cups allows prolonged and lasting blood flow and pain relief. Minor bruising may last for a few days after application of cups.
