Malia Watson, MSPT has been a PT for 25 years and has extensive experience treating patients with orthopedic, developmental and neurological diagnoses. She has a special interest in evaluating and treating patients with torticollis and plagiocephaly.
Malia has worked in integrated preschools, early intervention, homecare and outpatient private practice, using a variety of techniques geared toward the pediatric patient. This includes kinesiotaping, dynamic splinting and orthotics, neurodevelopmental treatment (NDT), infant massage, myofascial release, and adaptive play.
Whether your patient just needs an assessment and a home exercise program (HEP), interim PT services while waiting for a therapist to become available in Early Intervention or another program, or they need consistent follow up care, she is here to help!
Malia is available to provide PT for patients of all ages from infancy through adult. Appointments are typically available within a week of a referral. Malia has a private treatment area for the comfort of all clients and their parents.
